What this choice uses.

Action Enterprises LLC and its delivery provider Resend use this address for the verification and free-summary messages you request. Marketing requires the separate unchecked choice when requesting the link and a second explicit choice on this page. Leaving either unchecked does not block your free results. Confirming results does not create a service inquiry, purchase, subscription, campaign or recurring website monitoring.

The private link is removed from the address bar before it is checked. Its token stays in memory only and is not saved in browser storage. Opening the page or a read-only link preview does not consume it; the action button submits your choice.

Unconfirmed request data expires after 24 hours. Results-only request and delivery-job data expires 24 hours after confirmation. Confirmed marketing consent records and associated delivery metadata have a fixed 90-day retention period from confirmation, including if marketing is later revoked. Unsubscribing stops marketing eligibility immediately; it does not necessarily erase that consent record immediately. This metadata does not include a stored raw email message body. Retries, views and opt-outs do not extend retention. Physical removal of expired capture data happens in bounded batches during later request or confirmation activity, or explicit owner cleanup; there is no promised timed purge. A minimal opt-out hash is retained to honor your preference. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel a separately requested results email; bounce or complaint blocks prevent further delivery.

The original free report keeps its seven-day limit; score history keeps its separate 90-day limit. Email confirmation does not extend access or unlock paid recommendations. A verified email does not establish that its holder owns the scanned website. For privacy or earlier deletion, contact info@action-enterprises.com without including the private link.
