The free check
What should I click first?
Choose Check my website — free, enter your public business website and start the check. You do not need to create an account, enter an email or provide payment details.
The check reads up to three supported public pages using our managed reader, Firecrawl. Use a public business URL, without sign-in details, private records or access codes.
Will the check change my website or contact my customers?
No. It reads supported public information. It does not sign in, change your website, call your phone, submit forms or create bookings. It does not send messages to your customers.
Any later website or profile work needs its own agreed scope and supported access.
Do I have to buy anything after the check?
No. The free summary stays available without email or payment. A score or review flag does not establish that you need paid work.
You can keep the result, review the coverage, or ask about useful help. No purchase, subscription or service request is submitted automatically.
Scores & comparisons
What does my website-check score mean?
It shows the percentage of available core checks that passed in the public pages we could check. Nine equally weighted core check types apply per page. Unavailable checks are not failures, and a score is shown only when coverage is sufficient.
It is a basic website-check score, not a score for your whole business. A high score does not prove that every customer journey works well. See the checks, scoring method and comparison limits.
Does it measure website speed, Google rankings or sales?
No. Page speed, Core Web Vitals, Google rankings, Google Business Profile accuracy, completed forms, checkout transactions and sales conversion are not measured by this screening. A full accessibility or rendered mobile-usability audit is also outside its scope.
These areas remain not assessed; a passed basic check does not mean they passed too. Read the screening scope.
Can I compare my website with competitors?
The website dashboard can compare one homepage for your business with up to two public competitor homepages that you select. This uses a separate homepage-comparison method, not a full business or ranking comparison.
The URLs are processed through Firecrawl. Comparable results need matching methods and available checks. Daily competitor checks need a separate explicit request and an active seven-day website-monitoring trial; they keep that trial’s original end date. See comparison scope and retention.
Optional reports
What does the optional report cost, and what do I receive?
If enough useful evidence exists and checkout is available, the Website Next-Step Report shows its one-time USD price with your result before checkout. It adds up to five supported recommendations, the relevant evidence, practical edit guidance, why it matters and how to check your change.
It is automated written guidance from the captured public checks. Website changes, a human review and Google profile work are separate services. We do not invent findings to fill a report. Read the current report scope, price disclosure and purchase terms.
How do I receive a purchased report?
After the server verifies a matching completed purchase, the report opens on the results page and can be downloaded as text. Use the same browser when returning from Stripe; a return link alone does not authorize paid access.
If access is delayed, do not pay again. Check purchase status or recover report access using your checkout email. Recovery, when email delivery is available, does not extend the report’s original access period. See report delivery and access terms.
Saved results
Do I need to sign in to save my results?
Browser-only score history does not require sign-in. To save a homepage result for access across devices, first select Open this check on its own page, then choose Save this result to my workspace; if prompted, sign in with ChatGPT or create your free Customer workspace, return to that result and select Save again.
Only results you explicitly save are linked. Saving a website bookmark does not run a check, grant paid-report access or start monitoring. Existing browser history does not transfer automatically.
How long can I keep a result?
Score-only history has a 90-day expiry. Free captured reports and evidence are kept for seven days; an issued checkout or verified purchase can retain report access for up to 90 days. Saving score history does not extend detailed-report access.
Download a purchased report if you want a lasting copy. A downloaded dashboard is a dated offline snapshot; it does not scan or update itself. Read the storage and access details.
Services & payment
What happens when I ask for help?
Use the fit-check request form to share your public link and the detail you want checked. Keep your request reference and follow the email instructions shown in your confirmation.
For scoped services, we confirm useful work, supported access, required inputs, exact scope, price and dates before payment. Submitting the form does not take payment, book work, approve changes or start a subscription. Google Profile Tune-Up, Essentials and Active are unavailable for new enrollment while delivery is being validated. Existing accepted work remains governed by its agreed terms.
When will my work be ready?
The actual work and delivery dates are agreed for your service. Custom analysis starts after successful payment and complete intake. Supported website changes and existing accepted profile work also need the agreed facts and access.
Google may review profile edits, posts or photos, so acceptance and publication timing are not guaranteed. Your record distinguishes completed, unchanged and pending items. The name AI MigrationGuard Express does not promise a delivery speed.
Is the Assurance Review purchased in the same way?
The separately listed AI MigrationGuard Assurance Review has its own disclosed purchase process. Its $249 one-time checkout reserves the review. Fit, scope and delivery date are agreed by email before analysis.
A full refund is provided if these cannot be agreed or you cancel before analysis. This reservation process is separate from the scope-first service requests and the optional website report. Read its existing purchase terms before deciding.
Will I be charged monthly without choosing a plan?
No subscription starts from a free check or fit-check request. A website report is a one-time purchase. Google Profile Tune-Up, Essentials and Active are unavailable for new enrollment. Existing accepted monthly work retains its agreed scope, billing and cancellation terms; auto-renewal requires separate explicit consent.
Read the profile-care questions and monthly billing and cancellation terms.
Access & support
I paid but cannot open my work. Should I pay again?
No. Check the existing purchase first. For a website report, check purchase status on the results page or recover report access with your checkout email.
For a service request or purchased toolkit, use the private link in your service email and select Refresh status. If the link is missing, use Email my link with the inquiry email. Work and downloads are released only when the required payment and access are verified.
How do I ask a question or get help with an order?
Use the message box in your private service space when it is available, or email info@action-enterprises.com with your request or receipt reference. Keep private access links to yourself.
Do not send passwords, card or bank details, verification codes or your customers’ private information. A support question does not start a new purchase.
